sales managers..... ugh Our sales person was Lauren green she was used to selling used cars but helped us with a new car. she had to get some help but that was fine, she did Our sales person was Lauren green she was used to selling used cars but helped us with a new car. she had to get some help but that was fine, she did a great job I would recommend her to anyone who went there. However whenever we were trying to make our deal we actually signed off on a deal with the finance manager to get our vehicle at a certain price and three different times they brought us back numbers that were not the price we agreed on which was very frustrating until finally poor Lauren was able to get the correct deal on what we agreed on to another one of their sales managers. Sadly this took several hours unnecessarily. had the sales managers actually did what they told us they would do in the first placewe coyld have saved about two hours!!!. Long story short Lauren did her job and she helped us get what we needed and in the end we got a great deal on a new truck More
