If I could give 0 stars, I would. We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to n We have been loyal customers for 2 years to the Allen Samuels Aransas Pass Service Department. In the last year, the customer service has gone to non-existent. They are rude and the service manager has no concern for customer satisfaction. We had to purchase a new vehicle, and due to the service departments rudeness and poor service, we chose to go elsewhere. I have even contacted the General Manager and he has still not responded to my concerns. I do not recommend their service department. I have been extremely disappointed. And yes, I have communicated my concerns with them and they did not care. The service manager simply waved at me from her office and refused to come talk to me. More

I went to the dealership, got with Eli, from finance, and the APR went up from what they had quoted me. Again, I asked to speak to the GM and was told that he was busy with other customers. What am I? An invaluable customer? All staff showed nothing but disrespect towards me. I walked away from the dealership due to the way I was treated. They ended up selling the vehicle to another family and Javier, the salesman, sent me a picture of the new owners to my cell phone without their consent. Very arrogant people work at this dealership. They are crooks, bought a car from there and found that the car was totaled in New York. Bought back by dodge and then sold to me. Returned car and got a different one. Vouch the service package and when I called about it cause my bill was $300. I was told it was cancelled so they gave me a number to call. I called another company and they told me the dealer ship cancelled my package and left no notes and no reimbursement was sent for it being cancelled. Called to find out who I could talk to at the dealership and they said I needed to speak to finance. Guy was busy so I left my name and number with them and never got a returned call. Went to get my car the next day. Paid for the service and took it to a better dealership and traded it in. Never going to do business with this company again. Would not recommend it to anyone and will be putting a bad yelp review More
