Oscars service team is always #1 I've owned many new Chrysler's, Dodge's and Jeep's, from my first new Jeep Wrangler in 1991, I've been a fan. Although I didn't buy the Jeep at Allen I've owned many new Chrysler's, Dodge's and Jeep's, from my first new Jeep Wrangler in 1991, I've been a fan. Although I didn't buy the Jeep at Allen Mello's Derry location, I brought it and other cars there for service for years, because of the service team. Then I moved and soon found Oscar Kulins at another Chrysler Service Center, in Massachusetts. He always made me feel like his team was there just for my needs. For 20 years I've felt the need to repay his loyalty to my family vehicles, by continuing my patronage to his service team. So when I found that he moved to Allen Mello in Nashua, I'm there! The great experience I had with Allen Mello in the 90's and now having Oscar there, I'm driving there to get any service I may need for my 3 vehicles, 300, Town & Country and my wife's Wrangler Unlimited. It may be a drive for me now, but well worth the trip. More

Oscar Kulins transferred to Allen Mello and as I believe Oscar to be knowledgeable, honest and a person I previously had my vehicles serviced at 495. Oscar Kulins transferred to Allen Mello and as I believe Oscar to be knowledgeable, honest and a person who looks out for my best interest I take my service to where he works. Oscar has been with Chrysler for as long as Ihas always can remember. He has found recalls on my Dodge and has masde the necessary repairs. It is more the service Manager than the dealership I have been in contact with. I highly recommend Oscar as honest, caring, knowledgeable, and open in all dealings. More
Service Stinks, I purchased my jeep there new and after many "other" problems with the service mgr. Bernie, I thought I would give him another try. What a waist of m I purchased my jeep there new and after many "other" problems with the service mgr. Bernie, I thought I would give him another try. What a waist of my time right away he pulled the trump card and tried to tell me that I "voided" the warrantee by changing the tire size, and then told me that it was Chryslers" stand not his. That is why they didn't "look" at my vehicle after they called and told me that they could not duplicate the problem. I said how could that be it does it EVERTIME I drive it. So I called the Chryslers hot line I got with the vehicle and they told me that was not true. So again for the third time the Allen Mellow Service department has LIED to me. As far as the service they just tell people they "looked" at it what a bunch of xx. They thought of anything just not to work on my jeep. Chrysler suggested I bring it to another dealership that was "willing" to find the problem and then do the work. So I went to Lathis Jeep I Lemonister. MA all they do is jeeps. What a top notch dealership :20 min the found and fixed the problem. Allen Mellow had it all day and never found the problem. Bernie you should keep your part time job at Home Depot looks like you are going to NEED it. More

Buyer beware Worse service I ever experienced. They do not stand by their vehicles. I doubt their techs even have experience. Started with first scheduled visit Worse service I ever experienced. They do not return phone calls or call to update progress. I am surprised they are in business. More

Their service department is not friendly. I had purchased a (new) car at another dealership and this service department told me I had to bring the car back to where I bought it to have warranty service done. - I don't think so - So, now I take my service business elsewhere. Generally, their service is par with all other dealerships. More
