Bought a Jeep only a couple months ago, have taken it there for an oil change, engine light came on, dealer said water in engine, cylinders and spark plugs because of a splash guard. Had outside mechanic and service manager review, they disagreed completely they don't see how Allen Mello could say this is how it happened that it was total xx, additionally they charged excessive book time for labor and diagnostics. Have additional information from outside mechanic and service manager but to keep this short in the end an off road equipped suv should be able to drive in the rain without the engine flooding. ANd they should stand by what they sell especially when big issues arise so soon after purchase. More

They took my car all day I dropped my car off at 8 am. Was told to come back at 3 pm. Only to find the mechanic getting my car for service. Yes I did make an appt. only to be pushed aside like I didn't matter. I enjoy my car but the dealership Has to be one of the worst. Simply trash Over $1400 to fix a problem they said could seize the engine. Spent the money. Six days later, 40 miles, the engine seized. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Service Dept. needs a lot of work Stopped by the dealer to get an oil change and tier rotation. During the checkin process the service manager was talking about his last job to me and Stopped by the dealer to get an oil change and tier rotation. During the checkin process the service manager was talking about his last job to me and how he got fired from because he told his new manager to fu*k off all the time and that he could not tell him what to do. Not great customer service to talk to a customer swearing like a trucker. The oil change/tier rotation took about one hour, about what I expected. The front and back tire pressure is different in my vehicle. They filled the pressure backwards on my tires. Went back and they told me no one was there to add air to my tires right now, sorry. Had to go to a local gas station to fill the tires myself. More

JUST AWESOME I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A REAL TOUGH PROBLEM THAT TWO OTHER DEALERS COULD NOT FIGURE OUT. THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THE DIAGNOTIC TESTING,AND MY CAR HAS I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A REAL TOUGH PROBLEM THAT TWO OTHER DEALERS COULD NOT FIGURE OUT. THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THE DIAGNOTIC TESTING,AND MY CAR HAS BEEN RUNNING PERFECT EVER SINCE. GREAT, FREINDLY STAFF, THAT WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE FOR MY SITUATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. NO REPAIR SHOP IS PERFECT, BUT THEY ARE AS CLOSE AS IT GETS. More
