Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This is a story of how a locally owned dealership is treating my family members. (#AllenHonda). Background Family members are in their early 20's married couple with 2 children owned dealership is treating my family members. (#AllenHonda). Background Family members are in their early 20's married couple with 2 children .( 2yr old and a infant) there car is older with close to 200 000 miles and NO A/C So they go in Allen Honda On Monday 5/20 and test drove several vehicles till they found a 2016 Honda Pilot. The Pilot had a cracked windshield and could not be driven. So being young and excited to get them and their children out of the heat and into some A/C they wanted to purchase this particular vehicle. So instead of taking a deposit to secure the vehicle until it ready to be test driven.Allen Honda sold Decided to sell them the Pilot. Allen Honda puts them through finance with $3,000 down Has them sighn up. Gives them a loaner car ( nice deed till you realize in this situation it gives a psychological edge to Allan Honda . Like i did this for you and i wanna make sure that you dont back out) So They go home and talk with family and come to the conclusion that this may not be a good deal for them. ( I recieve a call to come help them back off of the deal) 👀 Tuesday comes (next day) I walk in their with them about 4 P.M. greeted by the salesman, we go sit and proceed to tell him that my family jumped the gun a bit and we need to shop around more to make sure we are getting the best deal.but I we did appreciate their time and. Sorry if we waisted it. Salesman states he has never done that and let him go see. Time goes by civil conversation goes on. Now the sales manager (JASON HAYMAKER) comes in and everything starts off good. He asks how can he help? We proceed to tell him that this was there first stop and we need to back out of this deal and do what is best for them and look around. JASON HAYMAKER proceeds to say that the papers that were signed in finance is binding and it's a legal document its like putting there name on the title. I proceed to inform him that is incorrect. They never took possession of the Pilot so the contract he is referring to is null and void. He does as all Bully Managers try to do and tells me I don't know what I'm talking about. I again repeat that they never took possession (key word) so it's not there's. He offers to trade in the Vehicle for something else. I inform him they don't own the car so that's not going to happen. He again uses his Bully Managers Move (Jason) and tells me that if I say that they don't own the Pilot 1 more time that this. Conversation is over. And me being me said 1 more 1 more 1 more ( as in I know I'm right) Jason Haymaker (Sales Manager) storms off and comes back 2 minutes later and proceeds to tell all of us that we have to leave the property immediately. So we all walk outside. I walk back in with loaner keys in hand Jason asks sarcastically how can I help you. I proceed to tell him we need to return the keys for the loaner ( he looked shocked and asked wjy?) Because there not going to buy the Pilot. ( you see the longer they kept the loaner the more obligated they would feel, not only that riding with A/C is way better that not) see the psychology behind it. ) so now. There worried about their $3000.00 because Jason made them believe they cannot get that back. Rusty Surette can you look into this or at the least . Post this so no one has to deal with shady dealerships around town. 🤬🤬🤬 Remember if you drive it.its yours once you are out of finance. The sad thing os they will probably go back because there scared to loose that $$ and have nothing. I went and found the exact same Pilot 2017 ( 1 year newer) with 30k miles less and 1500 cheaper . #AllenHonda_Bullies #nobullies #lies #dowhatsright More
