After bringing in our vehicle, we had 2 weeks of no communication from the service department. When we finally heard from the them, it took another week before our vehicle was fixed. When I called to make an appt for the recall service I was told the part was available, and it would take just a day. But when I dropped the car off the guy there said he didn’t know if they had the part was told the part was available, and it would take just a day. Then they proceeded to try and sell me all sorts of “fixes” I needed. Never called me with updates as they said, I had to call them. No offer of a loaner for keeping it longer than promised, no wash.
