After bringing in our vehicle, we had 2 weeks of no communication from the service department. When we finally heard from the them, it took another week before our vehicle was fixed. We would have ta communication from the service department. When we finally heard from the them, it took another week before our vehicle was fixed. We would have taken it to another place had we been told the service department did not have enough workers to fix our vehicle. It cost us a lot of money to rent a car for 3 weeks. More
When I called to make an appt for the recall service I was told the part was available, and it would take just a day. But when I dropped the car off the guy there said he didn’t know if they had the part was told the part was available, and it would take just a day. But when I dropped the car off the guy there said he didn’t know if they had the part and that it would take two days to fix the recall! Then they proceeded to try and sell me all sorts of “fixes” I needed. Never called me with updates as they said, I had to call them. No offer of a loaner for keeping it longer than promised, no wash. Told me to ask a friend for a ride. Come on. More
