Well aside from keeping my vehicle for 5 days for a simple oilchange and system update without letting me know in advance nor getting me a rental vehicle to continue going to work, I found a huge tear simple oilchange and system update without letting me know in advance nor getting me a rental vehicle to continue going to work, I found a huge tear in my door's rubber seal. The service manager, Patrick Moradian, said he would order the parts and fix it as a courtesy because of the inconvenience they had caused me by the long service visit but he never responded to my texts or messages nor ever called me back to set up an appt to fix it as well as the cabin filters which they forgot to change at the time of service. I will NEVER take my truck there again. I rather drive further away for better reliable service. You couldn't pay me enough to go back there. More

Andre heard my concerns and immediately went to work on them. He took care of my truck and needs very professionally and efficiently. After the maintenance was completed Andre took the time to go over simp them. He took care of my truck and needs very professionally and efficiently. After the maintenance was completed Andre took the time to go over simple tricks to my new Chevy Colorado Trail Boss. I walked out of there with my truck serviced and more knowledge, which in turn has made my day to day driving experience more pleasant.
