We own 2 cars that have been serviced here at Allen Chevrolet. I like bringing my cars here because I trust that any problems will be found and fixed. Our vehicle was in for body and warranty work. The free loaner was a nice surprise! Very understanding and good people to deal with. They worked with us until we were satisfied, always with a smile. When my daughter got into a car accident we went to Standford-Allen to get it repaired. From the second we entered the Body Shop to the day we picked up her fully repaired car we were treated with gre Standford-Allen to get it repaired. Upon picking up her vehicle all of the damages were replaced. The car was also repaired within a timely manner and the salesman, Kevin Kissel, kept us updated every step of the process.
