Highly recommend! Chris is service is so helpful and always treats me and anyone I send there with the best customer service. The first time I had brought my previous vehicle before my new lease here (Colorado) in for a power steering and radio issue. He made sure I got a rental truck like I wanted and the turn around on getting it fixed was very quick! They fixed issues other dealerships couldn’t (even though they said they did or didn’t try) and I was very impressed! More

Not the best Experience Engine was chugging & cutting out bad, RPM's dropping 500. Dealer could not find any problem. i said it seemed like trans was not down shifting in time. Dealer "Chris Trpevski" asked if I was driving in manual, he said the vehicle would act just like this if I was in manual, he said the computer would override and shift the transmission in manual. I said this does not sound right to me I don’t think it will shift at all in manual & he assured me it would. When I drove the loaner back to pick up my car that they didn’t find anything wrong with I drove it in manual & it did not shift either & it was the same vehicle just one year newer. I picked up my car and drove it home & the same problem. I called the dealer & talked to Chris & asked if they want another chance at it, he was a bit nasty, said I could talk it to another dealer then said to bring it in again. He said someone drove it home that night & it failed so they repaired it & he drove it home to be sure then he called the next day & said I could pick it up. When I picked up the car it wreaked like smoke & there were ash particles all over like someone smoked with the window down. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. More

I brought my 2008 Nissan Altima to their body shop to have a few repairs done on it. They weren't able to get my vehicle in right away, but they were so accommodating and fixed my mirror so I could see a have a few repairs done on it. They weren't able to get my vehicle in right away, but they were so accommodating and fixed my mirror so I could see and got my car in the following Monday when they had the parts. I HIGHLY recommend! More

I needed to have my cts in for the oil change that comes free with the caddy. Craig picked the car up did the service and washed it and brought it back to me in perfect shape. We own 2 cars that have been serviced here at Allen Chevrolet. I like bringing my cars here because I trust that any problems will be found and fixed. The Malibu was my dad's car until he gave it to Chevrolet. I like bringing my cars here because I trust that any problems will be found and fixed.
