I Received a post card from Allen Chevy with an invitation for service for a Chevrolet recall . I called and Waited 15 days for an appointment. I Dropped the car off on Wednesday the 15th…I Never r invitation for service for a Chevrolet recall . I called and Waited 15 days for an appointment. I Dropped the car off on Wednesday the 15th…I Never received an updated service status call I called service 6 hours after drop off & got voicemail. Called after 7 hours i was told I would get a call back. One hour later I was called and told none of the 3 items I asked for Had been done… no explanation was given…. I was told I could pickup the car. They pressured me to make another appointment to complete the work. I was never told why the work was not completed the first time. Very unprofessional … I will never take my car to Allen ever again. I have shared my Experience will friends and family. I am recently retired after working 30 years in sales and service for a major heavy truck dealership. I have NEVER seen this level of clueless incompetence . Sorry Allen you have lost me as a customer. More
