Personally I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I found a vehicle I was very interested in online, a 2000 Silverado 4x4, but was worried about rusty rocker panels as none of the 44 pic dealership. I found a vehicle I was very interested in online, a 2000 Silverado 4x4, but was worried about rusty rocker panels as none of the 44 pictures online showed the rockers. I contacted the dealer to ask about the rocker panels at which time I was told there was no rust on this vehicle because this is not a "B lot" and they only keep clean vehicles on lot. This sounded like just the truck I had been searching for so I continued to pursue a loan from my local bank, as I live 2+ hours away. After receiving pre-approval on my loan, I again called the dealership two more times to confirm the rocker panels on this vehicle had no rust, and was told they did not. I also e-mailed someone at the lot and was told they would personally drive the truck, send me pictures/video of the rocker panels and get back with me the next day, as I was coming to the lot two days from this time. Well I didn't receive these pictures and videos but decided to come check out the truck anyways. Immediately upon pulling into the lot after a very long drive I noticed a hole rusted through the drivers side rocker panel! I still drove the truck and decided if I could get the price down enough where I would have enough money to fix the rocker panels, I would purchase it. When I gave John my reasonable offer on this truck, he laughed at me rather than attempting to make a "deal". I did not receive the friendly service that everyone else had mentioned, and did not feel like the dealership was trying to help at all. More

I have dealt with this dealership many times in the past and just returned when Chevy started putting cars back on the market I liked. This was our first new vehicle purchase. We have purchased a used car from this dealership in the past. Craig was out of his way helpful. He reviewed all of our options as to purchasing...was helpful with the financing and with going through the entire vehicle upon delivery of it to us. He spent what i feel was a lot of time on us. Our experience was about two weeks in length from the initial visit to delivery day, which was our choice...we drove it three different times and also drove other vehicles. He had to clear snow and warm them up for us, too! Always with a smile! When i said at one point...sorry to bother you again, he responded, you are not a bother, i am here for you!! Such a nice person! John, the financing specialist was very informative as well, quick and painless!!! Also, the used car salesman(dont recall his name...sorry) that took our trade was friendly and worked with us to give a good trade-in price!! All in all, a great experience and we LOVE the car!!!!
