There are many dealerships that are much closer to us than Stanford Allen in Monroe; but, none have ever matched their price and the 'treat you like you're family' service. Awful follow up! I spent $55,000 for a used car which doesn't really matter when it comes to customer service. I have had the vehicle for a month and all I have had to do is continuous follow with the salesman (Brian) and the sales manager (Westin) to get open issues resolved. They have the mentality of once they sell you the car, they could care less. They kept telling me they would call me back and look into the open items but they never called when they said they would and they never resolved the open items. Never again! More
