Not up to Cadillac Standards The last two times I had service there on my ELR were barely adequate. I had to practically beg for a loaner on warranty work the first time and th The last two times I had service there on my ELR were barely adequate. I had to practically beg for a loaner on warranty work the first time and the car came back dirty inside and out (it was dirty on the outside from my driving prior to service) the dirt and grease on the inside were from the guys who worked on the car. The last time I tried them again I left the car there for a week while I was out-of-town - they completed the warranty work a few days before i got back and they handed me keys to my car that had been sitting outside and had inches of snow and ice on it - and again it was dirty. This time they put paper floor mats in and they had gotten soaked at one point and were smelly when my car was delivered. The car check-in experience is pretty bad as well. I pulled up to the garage door (waiting for it to open) and the guy came outside had me roll down my window and asked me what I wanted. I had called about an hour earlier stating that I was coming to drop off my car! He said oh - thought you probably wanted an oil change and that's in the back... I won't be going back to Allen. I now drive 34 miles out of my way to get quality Cadillac service... More

I was sold a vehicle with 2 fobs and one was missing the insert key. The listing never mentioned it and I was never informed the entire buying process. It wasn’t until I got home much later that night I saw insert key. The listing never mentioned it and I was never informed the entire buying process. It wasn’t until I got home much later that night I saw one was missing, without it you cannot clip it to a ring or even have the valet key.. I would have never thought to look at such a thing, just assuming both key fobs were fully complete.. after multiple back and forth on my negative feelings on how the situation is being handled, I was then told that “I was helped enough on the price of the vehicle that I would not be helped in this matter..” with a $60 piece I was even going to handle myself. . That if I had paid sticker price then MAYBE I could be helped.. this has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth after buying a rather expensive vehicle and living an hour away.. very disheartening Outcome More
