Went to a couple of dealerships, and they were by far the best one. Cameron helped out a lot over the phone, and tried to give the best deal possible. They are a no nonsense dealership and makes the customer feel very comfortable. They literally do not close their doors till the last customer leaves. I took my CTS-V in for service and tire rotation. Service department broke a lug nut and damaged the wheel trying to get the wheel off. I wrote them a letter requesting that they replace the wheel and they didn't respond to my letter. On my first service appointment, I requested a loaner or rental car and they said I should have made a reservation. They did eventually provice me with at compact car. Another Cadillac dealer always provides me with a Cadillac and the Lincoln dealer always provided me with a lincoln the first two years of ownership and a mid size car after that. More
