This particular branch of Volvo has gotten particularly better since 2018-20. Lord knows the cars speak for theirselves but like the other reviews before me they needed an intervention on sales people and better since 2018-20. The worst customer service ever Overall experience was terrible .We were not greeted with a knowledgeable service employee when we arrived. We left the car with them for a week and they did not fix anything on the car that was asked. I had to drive 150 miles to have my car repaired and serviced at what I thought would be professional Volvo service center. I asked the service manager to make sure they fixed headlight and service the spare tire. Also told them to be sure and drive car to verify the front end alignment was true..... When I arrived a week later front end pulling hard right light bulb still out and spare had less than 20 lbs air pressure ....... Gee thanks how much do we owe !! Tyler did have a mechanic get the front end right while we waited for an hour. Corey however seemed to not have a problem with charging us and sending us down the road with the car the way it was. People just don't seem to care anymore. Guess they figure where else are you gonna go! More

I say I would reccommend it only because it is the only Volvo dealership in the area. It used to be great but the new staff and attitudes suck.
