Lots of stress Canon is a great and helpful salesman. He is no longer working there, but he was the only good thing about the purchase experience. The financing department makes the entire purchase process extremely stressful, even after you leave the dealership. Every time I'd call my bank, they'd tell me the exact opposite of what the finance guy said, and he'd usually get someone else to relay the message to me. I've been once since then for the free oil change, and the lady at the service center was super nice and helpful. I'd give different people different reviews if I could, but the overall car-buying experience was negative. More
