She told me that it was most likely in the sales office. This turned out to be wrong and they are trying to sell a plug-in without the stock charger. The sales manager indicated that he would reduce the price of the car to compensate for the missing component. I was excited and ready to buy however the sales manager did not reduce the price. He had listed 2 doc fees on the deal and removed one to compensate. The sales manager told me their system auto-populates the doc fees. When I asked the sales manager why the system would auto-populate incorrect fees he snapped back and said take this deal or leave it. We were 120.00 away from a deal and I walked. Two days later, they reduced the price so I called back to see if we could finish the deal. I spoke to a new sales manager and he told me the car was on site and he was willing to make the deal work. I was transferred to the salesperson I was originally working with and she told me the car was on site and we got the deal on track. She was going to charge the car and have it ready for me to pick up. As I was on my way the salesperson called and told me the car had been sent to auction. When I asked why 2 people said it was on site she said she was sorry. This car is still listed on their site a week after it was "sent to auction". Buyer beware. Watch for incorrect fees on your deal. Their system adds incorrect fees automatically. Communicate in writing so you can call them out when they lie. More
