Braden took the time to help me find a great deal on a great car. I should also mention that I live in northern Oklahoma and the dealership is of course in Amarillo, Texas. Braden spent a few days off and on getting me financed and getting all my paperwork in order by fax. He then located a beautiful 2010 Ford Fusion on the lot and got me a great deal as far as price, down payment and payments. My next problem was getting to amarillo to get the car. I was trying to figure out how to get out there when braden blew my mind by telling me i could have it delivered to my door the next day!! What a great benefit. As promised the next afternoon, my car was delivered to my door by two nice gentlemen. I signed the paperwork, got my keys and was able to enjoy my car that same day. I have bragged about this dealership to all my friends and family and have recommended it to anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle. I hope to continue purchasing more vehicles from this dealership in the future. More
All Star Dodge sold me 2 previous vehicles before my recent purchase with Bruce Holtzapple. Looking for a solution with a tough situation, Bruce found the perfect plan. I originally went in for informat recent purchase with Bruce Holtzapple. Looking for a solution with a tough situation, Bruce found the perfect plan. I originally went in for information on what my truck was worth. After 4 hours of discussion, a break for dinner, and putting the numbers to paper. I ended up trading in 2 trucks for 2 cars, with less financial burden. And a better solution for my son where his insurance payment and vehicle payment went down. The financial department worked with me continually throughout the following weeks to see that all the loans for the trucks were paid, and the loans for the new vehicles were finalized. It was not an easy transaction, but they made it as easy as possible on me. I am very pleased with the whole experience & highly recommend Bruce and All Star Dodge to friends. More

I was drawn to this dealership by a radio announcement stating "bad credit, no, credit, no drivers license....not a problem. The initial sale service and the contract was signed on 9/6/06. On 9/12, I rec stating "bad credit, no, credit, no drivers license....not a problem. The initial sale service and the contract was signed on 9/6/06. On 9/12, I received a call that there was an error on the original contract and asked to return to sign a new one. I signed a new contract on 9/14/06. Around 9/29/06, I was called and told that the finance was not approved because the co-signed did not have a drivers license and therefore could not be considered (something they were aware of on 9/6 when I signed contract # 1 and again on 9/14 when I signed contract # 2) was asked to return to car asap. I was told my only other option was to get a new co-signer, whcih I did not have. When questionsing the situation further, he basically said that it was a credit issue and not a drivers license issue. I've now been told 2 different things as far as why they want the car back. The sales manager, Keith Wright said I just needed to return the car and he hung up on me. I called the GM, Jim Larson and was basically told that this was a credit issue. I questioned why it was taking close to 3 1/2 weeks for their finance department to determine that the financing had not been approved, espcially since a 2nd contract was signed on Sept 14th. He did not have an answer for me, but said he would find out. I then called and spoke w/ Daniel Brady at Auto, Inc and was initially helpful. He looked into th situation and informed me that if the co-signed could get a drivers license then the deal would be made. This conversation took place on October 5th around 2:30pm. I informed him that the co-signed would go for his drivers license around 3pm on October 6th after he got out of work. He said that was fine and that he would be out of the office on Sept 6th but that the GM, Mr. Larson was aware of the situation and would handle it. By noon on October 6th (well before the co-sgined got out of work), I received 3 phone calls at my place of employment by Benito demanding that I return the car. I was again told that this had nothing to do with the drivers license but had to do with the credit. I informed him that the co-signed would go for his drivers license after work. I was told that it didn't matter, that regarless if there was drivers license or not, that due to credit the only way this would be approved would be with a new co-signer. I got in trouble at work due to the excessive phone calls from the dealership demaing I return the car.....again all of this happening before the co-signer could get out of work and go for his drivers license...which Daniel Bradley was aware wouldn't be happening until after 3pm. I was stressed out by this situation and called the co-signed and told him not to worry about the drivers license because I was told it wouldn't make a difference as now they are saying it's a credit issue. I could not return the car to the dealership when I got out of work because my daughter was using it to run an errand. I was phoned by Mr. Jim Larson and basically threatened that if I did not return the car to the dealership by 8pm that evening that they would send a tow truck to pick it up and deduct the expense from my down payment that they were going to return to me. At this point, it been 4 weeks since I signed the initial contract, I have sold the car that I had previously had, and am being demanded to return the car I do have because the dealership dropped the ball on getting financing approval within an acceptable time frame. I am completely frustrated and uphauled that this situation was allowed to happen. Due to fear of losing $200+ dollars from my down payment that I needed to find another car, I returned the car to them. This is the most unprofessional dealership and people that I have ever dealt with. They are doing false advertising and are a very sad, poor representation of the Dodge Company. More
