Best price and best people to work with when buying a car! My wife and I have been looking for a Jeep for a long time now. Over the internet, over the phone and visiting dealerships. My wife called Walter Brown from All Star about a month ago regarding the Jeeps on his lot. We asked a lot of questions, which he answered. We compared prices to new and used. We made several more calls to other dealerships and to Walter who was always professional at all times and never once became a "pushy" salesman. We decided to take the ride to All Star (we passed at least 4 Jeep dealerships along the way) to work with Walter. The biggest reason, he was always very honest with us over the phone and never "bugged" us, but allowed us to process a big decision on our own time. We were not disappointed. Walter gave us a fair price on a new Jeep answered all our questions and was extremely pleasant to work with and talk to during the whole transaction. It was worth the drive to work with people who were all very nice to us. My wife and I feel strongly in spending our money with people we can trust. I will let everyone know, if they are in the market for a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep, go directly to All Star, we already did the leg work on finding the best dealership in the area. Of course the next step is to actually pay for the vehicle, so Walter introduced us to Bill Van Oyen, Finance Manager, he too was great to work with, he asked us some questions and we came back the next day to sign the paperwork and pick up the Jeep. He has a very unique and great way of representing our options (based upon the questions he asked us the previous day) and we were able to ask questions, do what if scenarios real-time and figure out what best met our needs. I wont give away his secret, but it is something I have never seen done before and I have bought a lot of cars in my time. Both men represented All Star as the place to buy cars. The three times we were there we were greeted by someone very friendly within 30 seconds, asking if we needed help, when we said we needed to speak with Walter or Bill they said they would be more than happy to call them. What a great experience, I can't thank you enough. More

Manager told my husband .... Give me the key and go home... OMG... we ask for ride they said call taxi. They just care abut the selling car. They real not care about the customer . We call Marty cancila jeep and they came to pick us up and we bought the car there. We had Excellent service at the Marty cancla dealer they located at n. Lindbergh !! Do not go all star. More

My 1st car buying experience on my own was not a pleasant one at all. If it wasn't for Renell and Eric, I would have took my business elsewhere. I'm a sales person, and I have never treated any of my customers like I was treated yesterday no matter how long it took or how little money I was making off a deal. My recommendation is to stay away from Bill Vanoyen if you deal with this dealership More

I have never had such a quick or easy new car buying process in my life - this is my 6th new car. This dealership (particularly Matt Harmon and the finance dept.) were thorough, quick and extremely pro process in my life - this is my 6th new car. This dealership (particularly Matt Harmon and the finance dept.) were thorough, quick and extremely professional. The entire process took under an hour and 1/2 to complete. I know where I will be buying my next new car from. Call Matt Harmon, tell him exactly what you are interested in and he will make it happen. I never thought I could get such a low interest rate AND the cash incentives are amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. Bottom line is - you won't be sorry. More
I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at All Star Dealership in July 2013. The salesman, Brandon, was helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for at the right price. Within 12 hours of purchase, I experience electrical failures and transmission sticking issues. I took the car in to be serviced and was told they could not find the problem, therefore it could not be fixed. This is a safety issue and I have pictures of the missing cluster (speedometer). I was not safisfied and had them re-look at the car. Two months later the issue has not been resolved, I am making payments on a new car I do not have and had to hire an attorney. The general manager, Justink Akin, told me, "sales final". Poor customer service. Corporate was less than helpful as they do not stand behind their products. Save yourself time and money and do not buy a Jeep. I loved the car (why I bought it), but it has been nothing but a disappointment. The management at the dealership has been rude and unprofessional at best. More

It turns out that those calls go to Scott's cell phone and that is how he became my salesman. Overall, it was a great experience. I've brought the truck into the Service Department a couple of times for oil changes and a recall notice. I like having Chrysler Certified technicians who only work on Dodges, Chryslers and Jeep take care of my vehicle. I plan on taking it back for all the basic maintenance. My Service Writer, Jason Gross, has been friendly and keeps my informed with what is going on with my vehicle. I highly recommend All Star to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle or just take it in for service. More

I will never go back to this place. I was going to trade my car in for a chevy cobalt. Renell told me he could get me $1400 for my car and make my payments under $200. As we got further in the deal he looked at my car and got ignorant cause the A/C wasnt working when all it was it was out of freon. He came in and ignorantly go "you didn't tell me the air conditioner didnt work" as he threw the keys on the table towards me. He didn't give me what he originally said for the car he said he can only give me $800 and make my payments higher than $200. So i took my business to lou fusz toyota and got better service and was able to get a nice and better car for a good price. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE (all star dodge in bridgeton missouri) More
