Absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had! The sales team was not very knowledgeable about the offers, promotions, and rebates available for the vehicle I purchased. Since the purchase, I have been trying to rectify an issue I had with the federal electric vehicle rebate program. It has now been 5 months since I purchased the vehicle and the team at All Star has yet to fix the issue. They are also very poor communicators and difficult to get a hold of. Don't get me started on the service department. Avoid All Star DCJR at all costs! Do not give them your money or time, they will waste it! More
