Finally get Paul on the phone and he tells me that they can't get to it until Monday and no there won't be a loaner. Go up there to get my vehicle and of course nobody is available from management to hear my complaint. The best part, my vehicle is on the lot with the windows down unsecured. Horrible service department I was charged for repairs that should have been covered under warranty. The truck had the same problems after all star worked on it.
