Scammers, Liars and Hateful First off I would have given this place a zero star but the only thing going for them was the sales rep Taylor. That is the only thing! After test driving the vehicle I was interested in and haggling a price with the sales manager and coming to an agreement on the final price of the vehicle and my trade I agree to the vehicle. Then after waiting over an hour for the paperwork while he played around in the office with the other workers. He finally calls me back. Of course after being burned at other car lots I pay attention to the contracts I sign. As he is throwing them down to sign we get to the price sheet where the price of the vehicle is several thousand dollars higher than the agreement THAT HE MADE! Along with my trade in value being less. Of course he plays it off as misinformation on my part and I had to negotiate the price of everything again. I should have just left but I felt as if it was still a fair price and agreed to more than the original agreement. So papers signed and I leave with the vehicle. During the agreement I told the sales manager that I wanted a key Fob for the vehicle since it didnt have one I would agree to pay for it if it was possible and that I wanted am extra key. So i bring the vehicle in they "program" the fob and bring it out to me and said. "Here is your key fob, it will start you vehicle but wont unlock your doors because your vehicle is not equipt with keyless entry". The key fob cost me $318.00! If it wasnt equipt why didnt they just tell me that! The key they "gave" me came inside the key fob that I paid for! Of course I told them I didnt think it was right that I had to pay $318 for basically just another ignition key and was told "sorry its been programmed to your vehicle so I got to pay for it!". Now the most current events is that I still havent gotten a title AND my trade in has still not been paid off by this terrible company! The tag on my vehicle is really outdated and when I called to talk to someone about this I was told to call another store somewhere in Oklahoma. So I called and the lady acted as if I was interuptting her day and she tells me I dont have the title and youll get it after we get it and then said they would mail the payment to pay off my truck that day. Well its been a week and a half ago and its not been paid as of this posting. Run from this place people! Seriously the BBB should shut this place down! Terrible place!!! More

We were finally able to drive home with something after they ran our credit 20 different times on several different cars that we didn't even want. Fast forward 2 weeks and we haven't received our title so I call to find out that there is now a problem with the loan but get no other answers I keep call for several weeks and get no answers the manager Myron actually stops returning our calls or even answering them I call the finance and title department they say they can't send a title until the loan is fixed and I must speak with Myron who of course will not take or return my calls for 3 weeks now I finally call the bank my loan is through and find out that we no longer have a loan through them as of 2 weeks ago so now I don't have a title I don't have a loan so have no idea who I'm paying and also I don't have a clue what is going on. I want my trade in and money back. Buyers beware of this place they will screw you any chance you get!!!!! More

Stay away from this dealership I bought a new 2014 Jeep and have had some service issues with it and it also has some recalls. I have taken it there 3 times and yet to have it fixed!! I will be taking it to another dealership to get it fixed b/c this place scares me. They are all unprofessional and lazy!! Not sure I trust them I purchased a new vehicle from Riverside Autoplex in Muskogee. We have good credit and are able to buy a vehicle anywhere, we decided on here because I purchased a new vehicle from Riverside Autoplex in Muskogee. We have good credit and are able to buy a vehicle anywhere, we decided on here because of a new model that had come out, that I was interested in. We traded in our other vehicle, and purchased a 2015 model from them. The entire staff seemed unprofessional, lazy and unsure. The guy we dealt with had no idea what he was doing and seemed very nervous. To his credit he was somewhat nice and mentioned he hadn't been selling cars long. When we finally went into the finance office, the man told us the vehicle would not be getting detailed because the shop was closed, and the guy was nice enough but refused to give us copies of all the paperwork we signed. He stated that the lender would send them to us, I had never heard of that but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks later I receive a letter from the lender that the contract had an error on it and to keep this letter as verification with the contract, but I've not received the contract. It's now nearly time to get my car tags and registration and I still do not have a title. So at this point I have no idea what is going on. Another thing is that I was not given the tool that comes with the car to unlock the lugs on the tire...the place just seems very low class and unprofessional. All and all I wish I had went to another town to get this vehicle or chosen another brand locally. I've decided I won't be getting my vehicle serviced there, after hearing horror stories of the service shop. Very disappointing. More
