The service department caught our vehicle on fire while changing the lifters, lied about it, and told numerous lies throughout the process after we discovered there had been a fire in the engine bay of the changing the lifters, lied about it, and told numerous lies throughout the process after we discovered there had been a fire in the engine bay of the truck. Service manager was rude with every encounter. General manager was great until it came down to honoring what he and their service director offered/suggested to rectify the issue. Now, they are trying to sell the vehicle that has had a fire in the engine bay and has had issues after they “fixed everything”. More

My car is making a strange noise. All Star is doing all they can to figure out the issue. They are now calling in a GM consultant to see if they can diagnose the issue. Had an appointment at 10:15 am for service. 12:30 pm haven't started service. Rescheduled. Wasted half my morning. No periodic updates. Stayed in waiting room.
