After speaking with Sergio and explaining the situation, he not only offered a 2009 Chrysler Sebring with VERY low mileage, but also got us financed through a bank at a reasonable percentage rate for our credit level. We have never had a problem with the vehicle or the service there. I went back to them a couple weeks ago, looking for a new vehicle for myself. I once again had the pleasure of dealing with Sergio, who showed me a low mileage KIA Sorento. This time, I had a substantially better credit score, although a limited credit history of only 6 months. I simply explained what I was looking for in interest and payments and they came through with everything I asked for. I have read through some of the reviews here and was astonished at what I saw. My experiences with this dealer has been nothing short of pure pleasure. The deal was exactly as I was told, with no surprises. To be honest, I was offered a slightly better deal at another dealer, but I chose to stay with a dealer I trust. I will continue to do business with All Star as long as they can meet my needs. I would (and have) heartily recommend them to anyone. More

Financing at this buisness is a scam I made a deal of $8500 for a 1996 H-D. The average NADA retail on the bike is $6200 but because of milage I was willing to go to $8500. It was to be $ I made a deal of $8500 for a 1996 H-D. The average NADA retail on the bike is $6200 but because of milage I was willing to go to $8500. It was to be $2000 cash down and the rest financed. When I arrived to finalize the deal I was informed that my payment would be $75 a week, $325 a mo, for 36mos. A total of $11,700 not counting the $2000 down, for a grand total of $13,700 dollars over the life of the loan. The explination from the owner was that my intrest rate was 21% because only "Assured Auto" would finance me. He named off a couple of banks, DCU being one of them had denied me. My credit rating is "fair" and a check with my credit review revealed only one inquiry, "Assured Auto". Assured Auto is Allstar Auto sales. It's a scam, they act as the bank, lie about looking for other financing, and then assign any intrest rate they choose. Hopefully more will do as I did, walk out ! More
RUN as fast as you can! Biggest scam ever! My 2500$ trade n cash down payment got tacked on the the car I was "buying" yet now I find out is a lease. Sticker price was 13,000 and when I'm done with my "lease n cash down payment got tacked on the the car I was "buying" yet now I find out is a lease. Sticker price was 13,000 and when I'm done with my "lease " in 2017 I will of paid 27000 for the car that is a 2006 with the option to buy for an additional 2600... They will rush u through ur paperwork purposely and say it's not really a lease. The " finance" through a place called assured auto leasing which is in on their scheme ... Plenty of bbb reviews that I wish I knew before I sold my sold to the devil. I don't know how theses people sleep at night. I was young and in need of a car, they took full advantage of it. It's absolutely horrific what both partner companies do and should be if not already illegal. More

This service department was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If this is the type of service that Allstar is going to be offering - I'll definitely be coming back for both my vehicles. knowledgeable and helpful. I visited All Star Auto back in April to trade in my car toward something drivable. I have a low credit score of around 570. Dick Colby helped me get into a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, for reasonable payments. That is where the positive aspect of this review ends. I was never told how much the car would be until the very last moment as I was signing the paperwork, although I had asked several times during the entire process. An '03 Eclipse sells for about $6000 - $8000 in fair condition. I found out that I was going to be paying $17,000 for this car. I should have stopped here, but they had already taken my trade in, (which I also found out as I was signing that I got $200 for. I would have been better off selling it to a junk yard) and I was to be left with nothing. OK, I could have dealt with that, and in fact did for several months. The day I drove the car off of the lot, the AC went. I had to bring it in to the shop and leave it there for 5 days. Good, so I'm paying for a car that I can't drive. Well that sucked, but again, what was I going to do? So I let that go, no problem. A month later the AC compressor seizes and snaps the serpentine belt, leaving the car un-drivable. I tow it into their shop, and they tell me it is going to cost $900 to repair the car, despite being told that I was going to be under a $100 deductible plan on my car. I took in to my own mechanic and he bypassed the compressor for $200. For a while I dealt with minor inconveniences and small issues until last month (August) the key got stuck in the ignition. I could not remove it at all, so I had to leave my car unsecured. That was the final straw. I have voluntarily repoed my car, and went to an actual Mitsubishi Dealer that has helped me greatly and has me much happier, in a car I can count on. I have to take yet another hit on my credit for this repo, but it is worth it to never have to deal with these people again. Even as I write this, the financing company that All Star works with, Assured Auto, who has already taken the car, still has not sent me the repo papers and is still trying to charge my account. I have filed a claim with my bank and we will be fighting these fraudulent charges. Please, I sincerely hope that you will think twice before dealing with these shysters. Even with bad credit such as mine, there are many better options. Thanks for reading my review, Jonathan Howard More

What I like about the way they do things is this: First they take you inside, ask you questions on what type of car you're looking for, and they also discuss finance upfront. The financing is quick and pretty similar to every other place. Both times I have been financed through local credit unions which is great. My main reason for returning to All Star Auto is that there is NO pressure to purchase. They make car shopping a much more laid back experience. They won't put you in a car that you can't afford, unlike most dealers of the dealers I visited. Used car lots may have sub-par reputations, but there is nothing sub-par about All Star Auto Sales.
