My complaint is about All Right Auto Sales-located at: 33333 Pacific Hwy S, Federal Way, WA 98003 They are very dishonest, sold me and my family a very dangerous Lemon. On: June, 11th, 2019 myself, my 6 year old daughter Sabella, my boyfriend Tarl Etchieson and his sister Jamie came to the dealership looking to purchase a family vehicle. The car seemed to have a few minor problems mostly cosmetic and, no sensor lights on; and we were told by all the sales managers that there was no issues with the car and the car faxs are clean and, this turned out not to be the case. I was pressured into buying it from the sales managers and rushed into buying it and the sales men were aggressive about purchasing it. We asked about everything and was told nothing is wrong with it and it is in perfect condition. So, I brought it and they took my money of $2,800 in cash which included DMV and dol fees, and 2 hours latter the check engine light came on. The car started not accelerating forward, engine kicking, knocking, driving in reverse-slipping, overheating, and we called the dealership immediately- they claimed nobody is in the office and they are not responsible for repairs replacement refund or notify based on the fact the car is a lemon because they say they are above the Washington state laws. We called the all right auto sales 15 times the next day on June,12th,2019 the car became so unstable for the road and/or the freeway and had even more issues that I had to park it because every time we went up to the dealership 5 times with Tarl and Jamie, and confronted them they did nothing to help or anything and still claiming nothing was wrong after the fact it didn't have any fluids or oils or coolant. On June,13th, we took it to auto zone and had the check engine codes and evaluation like the dealership asked for the copy and, we took it up to them and they still refused to do anything besides threaten me and my family about calling and reporting them or getting legal help. Now today is June,14th,2019 Tarl, Jamie, and i called the dealership again in the morning and, they said they will fix it and replace it or give me a refund. We returned back to the dealership- they had their mechanic drive the car around for 20mins and come back claiming nothing is wrong and pretended to fix things on the car, without, allowing us to watch them- the dealership men preceded to say they are not responsible for saleing a lemon that had prior failing issues. I spent another 1 hour there with family trying to get them to fix the issues that was promised but, still they changed the story to lie again. They say they fixed it and lied refused to do anything else- told us to leave. We begin trying to drive back home as I pulled out the lot the car instantly stalled transmission dropped and put us, our 6 year old, and other public in danger because it than zoomed off fast. We only got 20mins up the road and ended up the car stopped on a hill and started rolling back down the hill with the shift still in drive there was louder noises and engine smoke and almost hit the car in back of it. A fire truck happened to see us rolling downhill and stuck, so they emergency rescued us and got us out- we walked downhill while the fireman tried to safely steer it downhill with trying to get other cars to move back. The car transmission blew up on the hill completely combusted. When the fireman got it downhill and out of the way they checked the car also under the hood the transmission and transmission line is completely out, so the car would not move or drive anymore at all at this point. We called a mobile mechanic that was nearby; his name is Carlos Mariscal as said he saw we were in a lot of danger because the car was about to blow up. Carlos checked everything and under the hood and used his check car coder machine and a lot of codes came up. The car was not able to drive, so carlos spoke to the all right auto sales they once again claimed they are not responsible and the car is perfect and safe-when its not and rolling off the hill almost killed me and my family. Carlos had to tow the car; the car is parked and doesn't drive or anything, so this is why I am reporting All Right Auto Sales and the $2,800 also includes DMV and dol fees. The transmission blew up and engine head gaskets and more right on the hill. On June,15,2019: I had another mechanic look at it and he says the transmission is completely out so that's why the car doesn't do anything also all the oils are burnt and its a $6,000 fix which is extremely lengthy and too expensive for me and my family for a car we only got to hardly drive and fight with for 1 day- just for it to blew up on a steep hill- and reverse into other car and almost kill me and our family. We were scammed, lied too, lifes immediately endangered, other drivers lifes endangered by the cat sold to us 3 days ago from the dealership, and spoken advantage of for a lot of money which we paid in cash. I'm hoping that there is anyway the dol or laws and legal things to help me and my family. We do need a refund which the dealership had lots of options like trade us a different vehicle, due to that being said; we truly don't believe this dealership should be allowed to remain open and operations to steal and endanger more customers and family's.
