This is the first time I felt welcome into an auto dealers shop. I also felt that they were up front and honest. After the sale was completed, we were still greeted by the inventory manager and he was dealers shop. I also felt that they were up front and honest. He didn't have to even talk to us, but he took the time and reassured us that the 2 minor things that needed to be fixed, would be done. Our sales rep, Yamin, is a real stand-up guy. The best car-buying experience I could have hoped for! As a first-time buyer, I didn't know what to expect when buying a new car. But All Right Auto Sales went above and beyond helping me choose the best fit for me and guiding me through the car buying process! After test driving several options, I knew I wanted a Toyota RAV4. They advised me on which model and year that would be best for me and helped me make a decision without any pressure. Even though they didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, after about a week they were able to find it at such a great and affordable price! The car only came with one key, so they got a replacement key and although they were unable to program it, they immediately reached out to the nearest Toyota dealership and got me in touch with the manager so he could program it for me - VIP treatment! They truly take care of their customers. All the staff is very friendly, supportive, and professional, and made my first experience buying a car so easy and rewarding.
