This is important to me since I wanted to use the old fashioned negotiation process to get the best deal, rather than the "no negotiating" dealer set bottom line pricing so popular at many dealerships now-a-days. Both sales representatives were knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful, and let me run the show. When I first arrived, I was not sure which make and model that I wanted to buy, and was looking at vehicles at several dealerships. Ray asked me only basic questions to determine my interests, then showed me several models. He did not "pump" me for personal details. He printed out the specific vehicle info pages for the trucks that I was interested in and gave me his card. He was very helpful and polite. At a followup visit, Ray sat down with my son-in-law and I during the negotiation process. Again, he was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. The negotiation process went very smoothly and I feel that I received a very good deal. Everyone was also extremely helpful, courteous and professional.
