Worst car buying experience. Visited this dealership last week and yesterday. Our sales rep was. joe Fresnic he was rude unfriendly. He insulted both my parents and I when we were negotiating. Stating we had no common sense and if we went to another dealership we would be kicked out as well. We purchased vehicles from ray catenary Lexus., Nissan and Volkswagen. Just in general I have never been treated this way. The dealership is gloomy and the people do not look happy. The funny part is that the sales wear Hawaiian shirts. I've called and spoke to Mike Powell who is sales manager. Pretty sure he's not going to do much but I will continue to spread the word on forums and all internet reviews. Stay away and buy elsewhere. It's your money and you should be treated with respect. More
