Good car, good deal In April of 2018 I leased new Subaru Crosstrek for my wife - got a good deal, my wife loves the car. As part of the deal I left my Hyundai Elantra tha In April of 2018 I leased new Subaru Crosstrek for my wife - got a good deal, my wife loves the car. As part of the deal I left my Hyundai Elantra that had 2 months left on a lease with All American with the understanding that they will pay 2 remaining payments to Hyundai and return the car to Hyundai dealership. Payments were made pretty fast. There was a little misunderstanding between me, dealership and Hyundai Finance about return of my car. Mark Powell got involved and resolved the issue - much appreciated. Would lease from All American again with confidence. More

There are so many great words so let me quickly get rid of the NEGATIVES: My 2017 WRX STi had a missing part from the factory(fusebox cover... above driver's left knee). If the car was inspected meticulously by dealer then they would have notice. Nevertheless, it was ordered and mailed ASAP to me after a week or two. now for POSITIVES: Jon Zois showed PROFESSIONALISM and good MANNERS even when i KNEW i was potentially becoming annoying, in regards to negotiating price. He replied to EVERY EMAIL and phone call as soon as he could and would even apologize if he felt he took too long. He was enthusiastic and eager to help but, not for making a sale... he just showed passion for the job and the joy the car would be to his customer. These might seem like the standard behavior you would expect from a dealership but not in my experience so i commend him/his trainer for that. Nicole(finance) What can i say? she was awesome, honestly! Long story short.... my wife and i both had credit scores over 700's and somehow the banks were NOT giving us a great deal and even DENIED us on some bogus excuse "we don't know if you can handle A car loan in the $42,000 range". Keep in mind i had 2 cars before in the $35,000 range and it was ME ALONE. So how comes having a co-signer for a $42K car would get me denied??? I went home emotionally bruised, angry and confused. Little did know that NICOLE was fighting for me behind the scenes and didn't even tell me!! I got a car 2days later, i was approved by the banks AND got a nice 4.69% on my finance. BEST OF ALL, i only had ONE hard inquiry on my Credit Report even though the loan was submitted to multiple banks. Therefore, my credit scores BARELY dropped. I couldn't believe. Usually, i have like 6-8 hard inquiries on my report after every car i buy so i'm not sure what magic Nicole worked... so THANK You... THANK YOU... THAAANK YOOUUUU. great experience More
Mark Powell "Sales Manager", treated me as if i was a 5 year old. He acted like he was superior to me and and spoke to me in a manner as if I was incompetent. He disrespected the fact that I serve in the United States military and although I am younger that to not take me seriously. I was planning on driving away with the 2018 WRX Premium but because of his actions he lost business. He also said "I'm not getting the money so I don't care if you buy the car or not." Great salesman! Subaru should be embarrassed to have employees like this working for them. More

Mark Powell (Sales Manager of All American Subaru) emailed me for a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. His email clearly displayed the picture of the particular vehicle, MSRP and "Your E-Price". The next morning l contacted Mark to persue with the purchase. Mark stated that the email did come directly from him, and it was not a computer generated auto reply email. However, Mark said the quoted price was incorrect and he cannot honor it. Furthermore, Mark told me an additional $2500 is needed if I want to purchase this vehicle; alternatively get a lower model for the E-Price that he quoted me. This is a bad and unwanted business practice. It is extremely irresponsible to the consumers. Is it a scam and/or a classic bait and switch? For all the serious car buying consumers out there, do not trust the E-Price quote from this dealership even if it came directly from the Sales Manager. Accountability is definitely NOT in their vocabulary. It is surely not the car buying experience that you wanted!! Just for the record, there was no disclaimer found anywhere in the email. More

real conversation instead of sales talk I've tried getting Subarus three times. These people sounded like they were trying to talk to me instead of trying to convince me how great they were. I've signed two Subaru contracts and both of them were at this dealer. The Subaru dealers closer to my home wanted to sell me cars for 27% more money. Clearly it is worth the trip to come here. Iryna came in on her day off to deliver the car. No other dealer or salesperson ever did that before. More
