Had oil sign came up on car dashboard and then it automatically disappeared and next day it came back again and then disappeared. The sticker on windshield and odometer there was 1000 miles differenc automatically disappeared and next day it came back again and then disappeared. The sticker on windshield and odometer there was 1000 miles difference. Had All American Subaru service center about the issue. Lady Sara advised need to get oil change and need set up appointment. Had informed Sara that this will be second complementary oil change as promised by Mark Powell Branch Manager at Old Bridge sales center. Sara advised Mark had moved to another location Pleasant Point Branch. I had informed Sara that need to get approval before making any appointment. Sara promised me to call back and then after few minutes call back to setup appointment that email had been sent for approval. On my arrival I was greeted by Ashley very sweet and lovely person and I had informed her about second oil change complimentary. Ashley said waiting for approval email. She started doing paperwork and wait at waiting area and once done will let me know. I went to meet new manager Lee at his office and to find out about trade in with another Subaru Forester. He put to Jessica to get value for trade in. I was given by Jessica Carfax report that there is Accident reported in 2016 and Potential odometer rollback indicated since February 2019. I was shocked and surprised. WHY the heck there are Vehicle serviced by Fiesta Subaru and Garcia Subaru North both in Albuquerque NM. As per Lee manager it between Carfax and you nothing to do with All American Subaru. I went to see Michael service manager and showed him the Carfax report and he pulled up in his computer and advised me that he will contact Subaru his sources and Subaru office will be touched with me. Meanwhile I try to get Carfax customers service phone number but there are none. I had report online with Carfax. As waiting I was advised by Ashley that there is no approval and I need to pay for oil change charges. I was very upset and frustrated. Then Lee informed me that there is no indication about second complementary oil change in there system. I had informed Lee that why he called Mark Powell and emailed him to get approval. Advised Mark is no vacation this week. Mark Powell had promised TWO oil changes on December 10, 2018 at time of signing papers for Sales. I had asked him about giving vouchers for oil changes. He said I don't need it and I ready for oil change I should advised him and will authorize to service center. First oil change and Mark had advised Liz for oil change. On with second complementary oil change Lee refused that he it's he said I said. This totally Unacceptable and its frustration, anxiety and stress. I informed Lee that I will contact Sovano owner of All American Subaru and Subaru Head-Corporate office. Finally Lee approved. This should have not been happening in first place. Very disappointed and why treatment to customer servicing. I was humiliation and embarrassed for $89 oil changes. Crook More
