And it has nothing to do with being small vs big. Unfortunately, credit card companies charge the fee and it's a straight pass-through fee for us so that we can keep our service charges as competitive as possible. Lost a customer for life. Charging extra fee for credit card purchases and ending some services they used to provide in their $60,000 mile recommended service then want to charge you extra for it. Was told because of inflation. Bye! Will never return! Cost of doing business!

This feedback is very disappointing to receive. We pride ourselves on transparency and are very upfront about the credit card processing fee of 3.15%. It's something that most all businesses charge from restaurants, barbers, shops, etc. It's just a matter of who is transparent about it, and we pride ourselves on that and offering other payment options to avoid the processing fee.
