This is the second time we have bought from this dealership and will continue to do so. (This is the 4 th Subaru we have owned- our first was purchased in 1993.) More
Customer Service staff is excellent. The gentleman I worked with was courteous and helpful. The general maintenance schedule appears to have been performed satisfactorily. I had it looked at and was told the bulb blew because it was an aftermarket bulb. I told the Customer Service Rep that this was the 5th bulb to blow on the passenger side, two of which were Subaru bulbs. The response from the service rep was a shrug and he reiterated what the Service Technician said. To placate me, I was charged for the bulb but not the labor. I have 97,000 + miles on the vehicle. The fog light bulb on the driver's side has never blown. The newly installed bulb is the third Subaru bulb installed. After six bulbs, I firmly believe that there is something wrong with the wiring or the ballast on the passenger side fog light. More
