We bought our 2022 outback when many dealerships had no inventory but this dealership was able to offer exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price. They are extremely responsive to our requests inventory but this dealership was able to offer exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price. They are extremely responsive to our requests and questions. They have excellent customer service. They Give us appointments promptly and perform routine services while we wait. This is the second time we have bought from this dealership and will continue to do so. (This is the 4 th Subaru we have owned- our first was purchased in 1993.) More
Customer Service staff is excellent. The gentleman I worked with was courteous and helpful. The general maintenance schedule appears to have been performed satisfactorily. I had it looked at and was told the bulb blew because it was an aftermarket bulb. I told the Customer Service Rep that this was the 5th bulb to blow on the passenger side, two of which were Subaru bulbs. The response from the service rep was a shrug and he reiterated what the Service Technician said. To placate me, I was charged for the bulb but not the labor. I have 97,000 + miles on the vehicle. The fog light bulb on the driver's side has never blown. The newly installed bulb is the third Subaru bulb installed. After six bulbs, I firmly believe that there is something wrong with the wiring or the ballast on the passenger side fog light. More

All-American Subaru was my “second opinion” in trying to pinpoint the cause of my 2023 Crosstrek’s Infotainment screen sporadically blacking out. They had heard of the issue before, and said it’s a common o pinpoint the cause of my 2023 Crosstrek’s Infotainment screen sporadically blacking out. They had heard of the issue before, and said it’s a common occurrence across all Subaru models. They suggested a software update, something neither Subaru Customer Advocacy nor the dealer I bought the car from had mentioned in my 6 months of ownership. (I recently had my first service with but with the dealer I bought it from. No one asked if the issue was resolved. No one checked for a software update. ). I hope this resolves the issue. Fingers crossed. I had the fix applied yesterday so will need to take a wait and see approach to see if it continues or is truly resolved. More
