I had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Jenna at All American Subaru. My 2020 Impreza had started to feel a bit small, and I’d been wanting to upgrade for a while. On Black Friday, I test-drove the new 2026 Forester Wilderness Edition and immediately fell in love with it. The color I wanted was still in transit, so I decided to shop around in the meantime. Before I left, one of the sales managers told me they would beat any price around. After visiting four dealerships and doing my homework, I had a clear out-the-door price in mind. I went to Richard Lucas—where I’ve bought 2 Chevys and 6 Subarus over the last 15+ years—and was surprised to find I wasn’t treated like a valued customer. So I reached back out to Jenna at All American with an offer and reminded her of their promise to beat any price. And they absolutely did. Jenna emailed me everything I needed, and I submitted my deposit. Since the vehicle was still in transit, I handled my insurance and light paperwork beforehand to make pickup smoother. My only request was to take it for a quick spin before signing, which they happily accommodated. When I arrived, the car was prepped and waiting out front. After the test drive, we moved on to final paperwork. During that time, one of the owners, Jason, introduced himself. I tried to negotiate a bit more, but he laughed and said, “I can’t even believe we’re doing this deal,” and even joked about offering me a job. In total, I was there for 90 minutes before driving off with a new set of keys! One of the biggest reasons I chose All American is because they kept their word—they truly beat any price around. They didn’t just sell a car; they gained four new customers, because my family and I are officially done with Richard Lucas. Thank you again, Jenna. You’re the best! More
