ZERO STAR IF I COULD CHOOSE THAT FOR SERVICE DEPT. NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL . CAR WAS NOT READY . DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS NOT READY BUT SAID IT WOULD BE I DROVE TO THERE TO PICK IT UP AND WAS READY T NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL . CAR WAS NOT READY . DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS NOT READY BUT SAID IT WOULD BE I DROVE TO THERE TO PICK IT UP AND WAS READY TO HEAD OUT WITH MY CAR ON A FEW ERRANDS BEFORE PACKING AND VACATION . IT WAS NOT READY . HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR THERE BECAUSE EVERYONE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO , SERVICE GUY JAMES HAD TO CALL AND PLEAD W/SOMEONE NAME MIKE TO LOAN ME ANOTHER CAR BECAUSE MY WAS STILL UP ON THE RACK NOT COMPLETE , I WAS ON MY PHONE HAVING TO EXPLANE TO MY FAMILY WHERE I WAS AND WHAT I WAS DOING AND WHY I WASN'T AT HOME PACKING ETC.. . NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD TO SEND SOME OF THE FAMILY CHILDREN WITH OTHER FAMILY MEMEBERS TO GO AHEAD TO THE FAMILY VACATION DESTINATION BECAUSE THE FAMILY MEMBERS DID NOT WANT THEIR CHILDREN IN A STRANGE CAR THAT READ ON THE DASH BOARD MAINTENANCE NEEDED . SO AS I THOUGHT ABOUT IT.. I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE A CAR ALL THE WAY TO DESTIN, FL IN A CAR THAT SAID THAT EITHER .. SO I HAD TO STAY BACK HERE HOME . AND WILL NOT BE JOINING MY FAM TILL WED FOR THE REST OF THE VACATION . THANKS FOR RUINING EVERYTHING AND MY VACATION BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB AND MIKE DIDN'T DO HIS JOB EITHER BY NOT MAKING SURE EVERY JOB WAS DONE BEFORE HE LEFT . KIM PARDUE . More
