Gratifying Experience My mother purchased a Ford Fusion SE from this dealership in 2013. She was very happy with her car until a young man plowed into the rear end of it 4 weeks before Christmas while it was parked outside her home in Teaneck. Mom is 92 and thought, at the time of that purchase, that the car would outlive her but such was not the case. A family friend, knowing of Mom's situation, referred us to Rudy Porter at the Hackensack dealership. Yesterday, we went there and introduced ourselves to Mr. Porter. Our friend had also contacted him to let him know to expect our visit. He tailored a car lease of a 2016 Ford Fusion SE to my mother's total satisfaction. He explained in detail every aspect of the lease and, to our surprise, finalized all the paperwork so Mom drove the car home. Before he let her drive home he took the time to show her everything inside the card and let her drive around the dealership lot. I would like to thank Mr. Porter for making my Mom's car leasing a positive experience for her and me. He had such an upbeat personality and his customer service was excellent. Thanks for making our day, Mr. Porter! More

Great Salesperson I recently purchased/leased my second vehicle with All American Ford. My wife drives fords and so does my father in law. We have all used All Americ I recently purchased/leased my second vehicle with All American Ford. My wife drives fords and so does my father in law. We have all used All American Ford both in Hackensack & Paramus. We have all been quite happy... I have used Rudy Porter with both transactions and could not be more pleased with him. Rudy has made both transactions easy & enjoyable. Great Job Rudy!! But I must share one very disappointing event that took place. On my trade in vehicle, that was used towards my new Ford vehicle, I had a bug deflector that I had purchased and installed myself. I forgot to remove this when I went to the dealership to pick up my new car. While I was waiting for everything to be finalized, I asked for a favor... I asked if the bug deflector could be removed from the car for me. I was told that the dealership would be happy to remove the bug deflector for the price of approximately 159.00. They then said they could sell me one for $90.00. How Rude! This was not the best example of Customer Service provided that day. My overall experience was great and Rudy Porter was outstanding, but I wanted to share this one very disappointing experience. More

Easy and simple lease I needed to get a new car in a relatively short time frame with monthly cost being the top factor. I had seen ads for other brands of cars for very l I needed to get a new car in a relatively short time frame with monthly cost being the top factor. I had seen ads for other brands of cars for very little monthly payments, so I tried the others. After being disappointed by the other brands, I stopped in at Ford. I gave Robert my requirements (as low of a monthly payment as possible) and he was able to put together a deal that no one believe was possible. Once I reviewed all of my options and decided that this was the car, everything moved smoothly. I'd gladly return to All American Ford for my next car. More
easiest car buying experience i first came to learn about all american ford through USAA true car. not only did All american ford beat any other ford dealerships in price but in cu i first came to learn about all american ford through USAA true car. not only did All american ford beat any other ford dealerships in price but in customer service as well. i worked with Brandon allot through the phone due to my work and school schedule, there was no price haggling with brandon he gave me the lowest price available for my new car off the bat, which is always good because while i was price shopping in other ford dealerships i came across dealers in New York that would try to sell me a car way above MSRP with my military discount. Brandon is a man of the people he truly looks out for the car buyers and tries to get you the lowest possible price for a new car. to sum it up: .great customer service . takes care of the customer before during and even after the sale .respectful .helpful .easy car buying experience .friendly highly reccomend More
