oil change etc I went in at 4:30pm for an oil change and tire rotation and to check the fluids and was greeted by a very friendly associate. it was all very hassle f I went in at 4:30pm for an oil change and tire rotation and to check the fluids and was greeted by a very friendly associate. it was all very hassle free, he took my information walked me to the waiting room showed me the water that was supplied for the visitors. an hour and a half later someone else, also very friendly, came and got me. thanked me for coming in helped me into my car. I am so impressed. I did not get this service when I went to Downs ford where I purchased my car. In fact what took 1 1/2hrs took 6 hours there. and they we not at all friendly. What a difference. In fact, the next time I purchase a car it will be at All American Ford of Hackensack. More

NO Loaner cars if you didn't buy your car here. I visited the service center for the first time to have my oil changed. They were EXCELLENT! Great service and great guys that I met. HOWEVER, I just called to receive a service check on my transmissions (grinding issues). I would need a loaner car in case it takes longer than a day. They told me that policy is that the policy is you ONLY get a loaner car if you bought the car at the dealership. This is the first time I have EVER heard this from a dealership. Why is it dealer-specific? Ford is Ford. I will NEVER come here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND when this is their customer service policies. Only caring for your customers that bought the car at the dealership. Ford brand has no relevancy and Ford customers are individualistic by dealership and not manufacturer. Cool. More
