I have dealt with another Ford dealership for a very long time and cannot tell you what a pleasant surprise it was to come to this dealership. Upon entering the showroom the salesperson that I encountered was the friendliest and most helpful person. Mr. Fisher also came over to introduce himself and welcome me to the dealership. Eddie was so kind and patient to answer my questions and give me full explanations to all of my questions. I was there to lease a new car and wanted to know some of the differences in the various models and he was very well prepared. I left there after making a selection and came home so pleased to do business with this dealership and would recommend this Ford showroom to anyone interested in one of these cars and would suggest they speak to Mr. Eddie Watson. I have recommended this location to several people already and would definitely go back again. I could not be more satisfied with this experience. More

This is our 3rd car with All American. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else because we fell like we have become a part of the family there. We always deal with Carlos Marin who has been nothing but supp of going anywhere else because we fell like we have become a part of the family there. This time he put us in a brand new explorer for a price we couldn't believe. We didn't even discuss the explorer because we assumed it was out of our price range. All American was the 2nd dealer I had visited in my search for a Econoline van. I briefly spoke with Jim Payne and he let me know that they did not have any used E250s in stock but would keep me in min search for a Econoline van. I didn't really like what was there at that point but we started talking about maybe purchasing a new van instead. Back and forth we went with the price and I ended up leaving there after talking to Steve V to check my other options. After all was said and done, I visited 4 dealerships but ended up going back to All American in Hackensack. I had a similar deal set up at another dealership near by but went with Jim and Steve because they showed the most interest in me and seemed like they wanted my business more and kept calling me. They both seem to be great guys and thats the type of people I like to give my business to. I will DEFINITELY go back to make future purchases and they will be the only Ford dealer I ever recommend to anybody. More

Made me feel welcome. I first inquired over the internet and had a few communication problems but once I got to the dealership it was all very easy. Laid out all the options for me and help me through all t and had a few communication problems but once I got to the dealership it was all very easy. Then Jim took me outside and explained all the features of the car one by one. They also make someone available during the week whose sole job is to help people if they have troubles with the features of the vehicle such as syncing your cell phone with the car.
