Tom was extremely diligent in following up with me over a three month period while I was considering what car to purchase. He made himself available at my convenience. Tom knew each model very well and focused on what I needed and wanted which very helpful. Tom made me feel like he was trying to help me not sell me. It was a great experience overall. This is my second vehicle thru All American and the service level was high both times. Without a doubt I will be back to see Tom at All American the next time I am in the market for a car. More

Tom Ferraro was an excellent salesperson..he was not pushy, knew his vehicles and answered every and any question that I had. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by salesman Tom Ferraro. He was very friendly and helped us find the car we were looking for. Tom wasnt like a typical salesman that usually pushes you to make the deal, he let us take our time and was not pushy. We gave him the number we were looking to spend for the car and he presented it to management. The price was exactly what we were looking to spend and the deal was made. He completed all the paper work and explained to us the process. Excellent sales representative for all american ford. After countless frustrating years of buying and leasing ca now have the pleasure to give them another unsolicited award. Why? Because they earned it. After countless frustrating years of buying and leasing cars for myself and having to tutor car salesmen and their "managers de jour" about the real world, their products, outlandish price quotes, hidden charges and prevailing interest rates, I finally had the pleasure of dealing with a Organization that first and foremost is "PROFESSIONAL" in that their personnel are honest, knowledgeable, competent, efficient, reliable. I pride myself on being the customer from "xxxx". It is my compulsion that before I enter into any type of financial negotiating, that I do my "due diligence" as to who, what, when, why and where. After extensive research via the Internet and otherwise, I started my quest to get another car for myself. I checked out the ".Coms" that tout "get em while they're hot discount prices" and was contacted by three of their "Certified Dealers". Their prices were really "hot", that is, if I had an I.Q. of -32. Out of frustration that some things never change, pessimistically, I stopped at All American's Paramus Dealership. As a direct and proximate result of my "expertise" in automobile transactions, SURPRISE !! !!! it took me under ten seconds in abbrieviated conversations with Tom Ferraro and Anthony and later Chris to know that OMG I can't believe it these guys are for real. Best of all their "numbers" and mine were almost "twins" and with delight, we made the deal. In fact, their's were a little better than mine.
