As a single woman with a limited budget, I was hoping to find a 2012 leftover at a reasonably reduced price. Jim Payne ran himself ragged trying to locate something he thought would fit the bill by checking the inventory of their other locations. After a great deal of work, he located a vehicle. I wasn't fussy about color nor did I need a lot of options I might never utilize. However, not only did this vehicle have some desirable extras, but I was given an extremely good price with which I was comfortable. I am enjoying getting to know my new Ford Focus. More importantly, I am confident in knowing I can stop by the dealership at any time in the event I need help or have questions. This was a big decision for me. I put in credit app via internet and tried to get an answer either way approved or not and I called of and on all day Saturday and again on Monday all day I heard they will call you back in 20 minutes a answer either way approved or not and I called of and on all day Saturday and again on Monday all day I heard they will call you back in 20 minutes and they never did I finally got an answer from the operator once I got upset asking for an answer I would not recommend this dealership very poor customer service !
