Sold me a lemon Over 2 months my truck sat here while getting “fixed” had a bunch of work done so I could see it being a process to do but over 2 months is just ridic Over 2 months my truck sat here while getting “fixed” had a bunch of work done so I could see it being a process to do but over 2 months is just ridiculous, especially when you told me it would only be a week or 2 at most. Now I finally got to pick my truck up Memorial Day weekend to only drive 1 block and my check engine light comes on and I lose power causing the truck to stall out (real safe losing power while driving). So I bring it back and I specifically told Al I needed my truck back in 1 day because it’s ridiculous it isn’t fixed correctly, if the tech would of just taken it for a test drive he would of seen the check engine light come on. Waited another entire week which brings me to today. I got dropped off for a third time now to get my truck. I get in and go exactly 1 block again to only have the same exact problem happen again!! The fact you guys don’t take vehicles for test drives really pisses me off. Now I’ve taken multiple time off work and multiple trips 40 mins to this dealership to only pick up a broken truck every single time. When I originally picked it up the first time also I noticed a lug nut was missing from my front wheel. Seems lack of attention to details or just lack of not caring at all. If they would of taken my truck for a test drive at least one time they would of realized it wasn’t fixed. I’ve owned this truck for a little over 1 year and you’ve had it for almost 3 months now and it’s still not fixed! Do you plan on reimbursing me for my 3 truck payments or insurance payments? The warranty company paid you over $4,000 and I paid over $900 out of my pocket for this. Thanks for the lemon you sold me and can’t fix clearly. *Update* picked up my truck today 6-8-18 and the ensured me everything was fix and they took it for multiple test drives to ensure it was fixed and safe. Well as I was getting off my exit the truck said “low oil pressure” made a extremely loud sound and just died, so with no power again I had to try and coast around traffic getting to the shoulder. I’m currently sitting waiting for the tow truck to come and tow the truck directly back to All American. More
My New 2018 Escape Titanium / my new GO TO Dealership !!! I went to the Point Pleasant dealer to browse and left with a new 2018 Escape Titanium. My salesman Kevin and sales manager Mark S. were awesome. As I I went to the Point Pleasant dealer to browse and left with a new 2018 Escape Titanium. My salesman Kevin and sales manager Mark S. were awesome. As I am a senior citizen with disabilities I am used to having car dealers take advantage of me. Not so here. These 2 men went so far out of their way to please me I can't recommend them enough. I hope all of my peers stop in and give them a try. You truly will not be disappointed. More
Fair price, no pressure straight forward experience. Al and Mel were great to deal with. I test drove the truck on Saturday agreed to a price over the phone on Monday picked up on Friday. No pressure dealership, honest, great people I went to all American Ford because of Ryan DelVechio, I have purchased the last 5 vehicles from him, Now 6. I followed him from dealership to dealers I went to all American Ford because of Ryan DelVechio, I have purchased the last 5 vehicles from him, Now 6. I followed him from dealership to dealership. That is why we drove an hour plus to this dealership where he is manager, and rightfully so. He is the most honest, pressure less salesman/manager you will find. With him being manager he sets you up with salesman which this time was Chris Pereira who was very knowledgable with the Ford Raptor, there was not a question that we asked that he didn’t know the answer. He also was not pushy or pressuring at all. When we went to pick Raptor up Chris was very thorough making sure we understood everything we needed to know about the truck. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided at All American Ford. We Strongly Recommend this dealership. More
A WASTE OF TIME I am a educated, mature man with excellent credit. I stopped in All American Ford in Pt Pleasant NJ and spoke to Kevin K inquiring about Escapes . He I am a educated, mature man with excellent credit. I stopped in All American Ford in Pt Pleasant NJ and spoke to Kevin K inquiring about Escapes . He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a vehicle that suited my needs. We discussed costs and went for a brief test drive. Upon returning I asked for longer test drive to be sure the $39000 Escape did in fact suit my needs. Kevin said no problem and we agreed to the test drive the following morning. I called Kevin 10 am on his cell as directed...no answer so I left a message. I heard nothing from him all day and decided at 6:37 pm to call the store to see if Kevin was there....store affirmed he was in and would connect me to his extension. No answer. Left him a message stating that I was unhappy and would appraise others of this very unprofessional behavior. He text me soon after calling me by the wrong name and saying he was very busy all day. Really?? You were busy ALL DAY?? As a qualified buyer I will not accept these ridiculous excuses for not answering your phone or returning a call. My time is valuable and I do not expect it to be wasted by people that don't give a crap about a potential sale. This was my experience. I would urge you to choose your dealership wisely. As a foot note, I had the SAME experience at All American Mazda, Pt Pleasant NJ not 3 weeks before. Same deal. Talk your ears off, discuss price then do not call you back. More
