A WASTE OF TIME I am a educated, mature man with excellent credit. I stopped in All American Ford in Pt Pleasant NJ and spoke to Kevin K inquiring about Escapes . He I am a educated, mature man with excellent credit. I stopped in All American Ford in Pt Pleasant NJ and spoke to Kevin K inquiring about Escapes . He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose a vehicle that suited my needs. We discussed costs and went for a brief test drive. Upon returning I asked for longer test drive to be sure the $39000 Escape did in fact suit my needs. Kevin said no problem and we agreed to the test drive the following morning. I called Kevin 10 am on his cell as directed...no answer so I left a message. I heard nothing from him all day and decided at 6:37 pm to call the store to see if Kevin was there....store affirmed he was in and would connect me to his extension. No answer. Left him a message stating that I was unhappy and would appraise others of this very unprofessional behavior. He text me soon after calling me by the wrong name and saying he was very busy all day. Really?? You were busy ALL DAY?? As a qualified buyer I will not accept these ridiculous excuses for not answering your phone or returning a call. My time is valuable and I do not expect it to be wasted by people that don't give a crap about a potential sale. This was my experience. I would urge you to choose your dealership wisely. As a foot note, I had the SAME experience at All American Mazda, Pt Pleasant NJ not 3 weeks before. Same deal. Talk your ears off, discuss price then do not call you back. More

Fast, Friendly and Very Professional Ahmed was my salesman and I had told him that I did not want to be there all day. (As you know some Dealerships take forever to buy a car) I test drov Ahmed was my salesman and I had told him that I did not want to be there all day. (As you know some Dealerships take forever to buy a car) I test drove 2 F150's and to the table we went. Ahmed had me out of the dealership in my new truck in less than 2 hours. Was very professional and answered all questions about the truck. Two days later Ahmed calls me to see how things are going and if there are any questions, that tells me that Ahmed and All American care about there customers. More
SALES DEPARTMENT TERRIBLE I had the worst purchase experience of my life when I purchased this vehicle. I noticed a dent on the roof of the vehicle the day after purchase and w I had the worst purchase experience of my life when I purchased this vehicle. I noticed a dent on the roof of the vehicle the day after purchase and was told by the sales manager, John DeSantis, that I was a liar when I reported it to them. This sales manager became belligerent and at one point approached me loudly and aggressively. Unknown to me my wife was attempting to video the incident on her cell phone. Mr. DeSantis must have noticed this as his demeanor abruptly changed and he began to treat me courteously and agreed to have the dent repaired at dealer cost. Previously at the time of the sale I informed the assistant manager Chad Braverman that unless a type III trailer hitch in accordance with factory installation could be installed I would not purchase the vehicle. He assured me that a Type III trailer hitch within factory standards could be installed and he would order the parts at an additional cost to which I agreed. After waiting two weeks I returned to the dealership only to find out that Mr. Braverman failed to issue a WEO (we owe) for the repair of the dent, a two year oil change incentive and the parts for which I had paid an additional $995. In addition he denied there were additional rebates available. I later found out that rebates which I never received were in fact available. After one month Mr. Braverman still failed to write up the WEO so I had him do so while I was present then I had copies made and delivered personally to the service and parts departments. At this point the parts department technician informed that not only could the factory specification Type III trailer hitch not be installed but if the after market hitch was installed it would be a Type I (lesser towing capability) and would interfere with the automatic hatch opening feature (a $545 option). Completely frustrated at this point and unable to return the vehicle under NJ law, I asked Mr. Braverman to refund the $995. Finally, after three months and multiple times of going to the dealership requesting the refund for the parts in question was the amount refunded. In the interim I was told repeatedly that the check would be issued week after week with no check forthcoming. When I finally received the reimbursement of my money after three months Chad asked me not to give a negative rating or reveal this continuous terrible performance. He said he would comp me cross rails for the roof rack in return for not sending in a bad evaluation. He further asked me if I would give a positive evaluation. I told him that would be out of the question. So I left with the agreement not to give a bad evaluation in return for the roof rack crossbars. True to form two weeks later I asked the parts personnel if the rails were ever ordered by Mr. Braverman and once again he never requested the rails as promised. What should have been a very simple no hassle process in that I qualified for the Xplan and told them I wanted an Explorer XLT with 4wheel drive and the Type III trailer package. Any other options were not needed. Instead I wound up with a very nice XLT with several other options but no factory Type III trailer package as promised and one of the worst purchase experience of my life. More

I would like to say that my Salesperson Al Monteforte was a true pleasure to work with, when me and my wife met him back in July 2015, and the vehicle I would like to say that my Salesperson Al Monteforte was a true pleasure to work with, when me and my wife met him back in July 2015, and the vehicle model that we desired had yet to hit the ground Al worked continually with us right up and until our purchase in November 2015, his patience and many years of experience was just what the Doctor ordered.
