I am surprised there's only 27 negative reviews for All-AmeriSCAM Ford. The positive ones must have been written by their family and friends. Worst. Company. EVER. They never acknowledge any issues, and always turn it back around on your like it's your fault. They sold us a "certified" (it was not) 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. Al Monteforte, in the Brick, NJ location said (and I have it recorded (which they were told in advanced I would be doing) stated that "the vehicle should NOT have been sold as certified." Only ONE response from them in a year. Ford Customer Relations can't do anything because they're All-AmeriSCAM is independently owned, which allows them to screw over anyone they want with no accountability. Whenever you call, they're either in a meeting or not there and they NEVER - except ONE TIME, return any calls - especially Tim Orland, who when we brought the vehicle in said "We'll do EVERYTHING we can do to make you happy." Not sure when that starts because it sure as xxxx hasn't happened yet. A few months after we bought this piece of crap, it started surging and rumbling. Not be a "car guy" I looked up what I thought the issues were, and it appeared (to me) to be the engine gas/fuel mixture. brought it in for service, they kept it for FOUR DAYS, never responded to us for status updates unless WE called. One time I called service for a status update and the guy said "a tech is out on the road with it now." No he was not. I zeroed the mileage before I left the house and they sent me an email with the route they took bringing it back to us. There was only a .5 mile difference. That was a flat out lie. Mark Powell Sr. said "We do not take cars out on the road." What the xxxx kind of service center DOESN'T?!? They only hook up their computers, which wouldn't return a code because IT WAS NOT TAKEN ON THE ROAD! Found out several months later it is a transmission problem from 2nd to 3rd gear. These people are liars, scammers and couldn't care less about ANYTHING except the money in their pockets. I have been researching a class-action lawsuit against them (there was already one from 2017 for their Paramus location,) and am in contact with two attorneys, just waiting for callbacks. Their "Main Order Form" which was never signed because my mother was rushed and told "you can read these later." Mark Powell Jr. said that their Old Bridge location checks every single thing to make sure it's all signed properly. Well, just like everyone we've dealt with at Point Pleasant and Brick, YOU FAILED, which gives us every right to sue. I was told by Mark Powell Sr. that "we have four lawyers." Yeah I wonder why. Maybe if you people weren't such liars, and sold quality products you wouldn't need any. Anything they deny in this post is a flat out lie. I have audio recordings of EVERYTHING. A 35 page evidentiary document was sent to the President of Ford, Jim Farley, a couple weeks ago - just waiting his reply. Ford Customer Relations told me that All-American Ford is one of those lowest rated and most complained about dealers in the United States." (Again, all recorded.) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - because the cost will ALWAYS be yours. Sadly, we're not allowed to leave ZERO stars. More
