I have a 2011 mustang gt with a valvetrain rattle that is not normal valvetrain noise. I've brought my car to one other dealer to have the sound diagnosed and to just know what's making the noise. It's a new car and I really like it so I don't want it to have any issues. I brought my car in and a tech came out with me to listen to the noise which he also heard and agreed is definitely not normal. I left my car over night, the next day Rachel called me back and said they ordered the parts needed which there was a tsb out for this same issue. They also reflashed my car with an update and my car feels like a rocket again. Either way, I'm very pleased and satisfied since I was getting a little hopeless thinking all of the dealers where going to pull this "it's normal valvtrain noise" crap. I'm very impressed and have to say their motto of "we fix it right the first time" is accurate. More

I had the pleasure of having Chuck Boyle as my salesman and had a great experience from start to finish. From the moment I spoke with Chuck on the phone he knew exactly what I was looking for and did all the work. I came in the very next day and he had already located cars that were to my liking. Chuck is very knowledgeable about all of the models and what steps to take to get you into the car you are looking for. He is approachable and genuine and that matters most when you are looking to make such important decisions. The team I worked with was also incredible. In working with Chuck I also met Joe Pedi who is the sales manager. He is very kind and helpful and they made sure I was able to drive off the lot that day. This ford dealership is VERY efficient and the people are friendly and helpful. My experience with this dealership was definitely 5 stars across the board and then some! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable and helpful team that is willing to do what it takes to satisfy a customer!
