Besides out-right lying by the first salesman, the over all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant wait all experience was like they just didn't care if they sold a car or not. As a customer, I was made to feel like I didn't matter by the constant waiting, switching of numbers ($10 here, $10 there), and lack of any recognition on a follow-up visit to the dealership a few days later. If it wasn't for having the exact configuration of the auto I wished to purchase, I would have never done business here. At one point, I was ready to leave & call off the whole deal over a $7 discrepency over the price I was originally quoted. The sales people really need to be trained on customer service, manners, & how to interact with other humans. The only exception was Corey, a sales assistant who helped fill out paperwork after the deal was reached w/ the Sales Manager. He was very friendly, remembered my name on a follow-up visit, and left the only decent impression of the dealership. More
