I have called three times already and haven't once gotten a phone call back. Three strikes and you are out, please feel free to deal with the bank of america credit collections department as I am disputing the 500.00 charge to my account today, you can pay them the money as I have lost all trust in your dealership and it's awful management team that doesn't know how to pick up a phone and dial or is simply too lazy to.

We've already filed a claim with our bank. They have credited our account...you will need to work out the rest of this with bank of america because your dealership failed to follow through on what was promised already up to this point.
