You leave with a feeling of never wanting to deal with those types of people again. Our experience at All American Ford in Old Bridge, NJ was very different from that. They know how to treat a CUSTOMER the way a CUSTOMER should be treated. The two individuals we worked with, Joe Ritorto & David Michaud are true professionals. David was very responsive to our initial emails/inquiries. Upon our arrival, David introduced us to Joe. Skeptical at first by being handed off to yet another salesman, Joe was very informed of what we wanted and our prior history with David. It was well explained that David handled internet sales and now that we were actually at the dealership, another representative would assist us. Joe ended up being much more than just another representative. He actually listened, yes really listened, to what we were saying. We honestly feel like he helped us achieve OUR goals, not just another sale. Joe's traits are real and they stand out. He has integrity, commitment, accountability, responsibility and excellence. He portrayed those traits to the vehicle he was selling. We honestly feel we got the vehicle we wanted, at the fairest price, from a professional team who knows what customer service is all about --- making the whole experience a pleasurable one for us. David actually came back to check in on us (whoever does that now-a-days) and provided us with bottled water while we were waiting for our vehicle. We want to sincerely thank both Joe and David as their service has not been paralleled by any other provider. With quality individuals like this on the team, the end product - the ford explorer we purchased - is obviously also living up to our expectations. More

The service and attention we got was the worst, and I've been leasing and buying cars approximately every three years for the past 30 years. My experience with All American Ford was the best experience I have had with dealers so far in my purchasing leases. My Sales person - Chuck Boyle is the most willing to please the customer. I originally came in wanting a Ford 3 years ago and they could not get me the best deal. This year everyone at All American Ford came through! I am so pleased and excited about my Ford Focus. I know this will be a unique experience and I probably will want to stay with Ford, after this. Chuck has suggested I contact him in setting up the Sync for the cell phone and with me being right in the area of the dealer ship, he has said he will take care of any question or need I may have. I have enjoyed this because I am a woman alone, and you mostly need to be worried if someone will take advantage of you. Thanks again Ford!! More

Do not consider this dealership for any out of state pruchases, as they do not know how to properly transfer registrations. They will tell you the paperwork has been overnighted the day of purchase, whe pruchases, as they do not know how to properly transfer registrations. They will tell you the paperwork has been overnighted the day of purchase, when in reality it will sit for a week longer until you call to follow up about your states department of motor vehicles not receiving your papers. I strongly suggest not filling out the ford credit application if you have come pre-approved. They will tell you they need a hard copy for auditing purposes to keep with my paperwork. They ran it anyway, and then when I expressed my displeasure about them pulling it and said I wanted to use my preapproval because i intended to dispute the credit check they performed, they agreed to use my preapproval. I found out AFTER the fact they used THEIR financing that they pulled (same bank same rate so I couldnt tell) but now I am unable to dispute that hard check on my credit as it is my what is financing the vehicle I AM TRYING TO RETURN. Very poor ethics in this dealership- I knew the decent price was too good to be true. Complains through both general sales managers have been pointless and completely unhelpful. I strongly recommend you avoid this dealership at ALL costs. More
