Twice we have been told by the local auto parts place that our battery was good on two different vehicles. I felt the guys working in service were very kind & helpful but sometimes communication was off. If I asked them to do something they were on it & always tried to help me with what I needed. I just had helpful but sometimes communication was off. If I asked them to do something they were on it & always tried to help me with what I needed. I just had to call for updates at times. James & Carlos were great in working with us. I had a few recalls that needed to be done & they all were done in a great time frame. Personally, I don’t like that the dealership no longer has loaner vehicles as it just makes the process a little more difficult but the experience was good. More
