Oil change turned into oil spill I brought my truck in for an oil change on a Tuesday. The next day there was a big puddle of oil under my truck. Prior to this there was not an oil le I brought my truck in for an oil change on a Tuesday. The next day there was a big puddle of oil under my truck. Prior to this there was not an oil leak. I brought it back in and was told it needed gasket seals around the oil pan. There was also a rattle in my dashboard that wasn't there prior. I was quoted a price to replace the oil pan gasket which I agreed to pay. The job was completed the next day but the bill went above the quoted price by $65. I was charged for oil and other fees, although I have the lifetime oil change package. Alex was gracious and fixed the error. Not happy with this experience since I went in for a simple oil change with no problems prior and left with an oil leak and dashboard rattle. Alexia and Dallas were helpful. Hopefully there are no problems like this in the future when coming in for a simple oil change. I want to be able to trust my service experience and after this visit I'm less confident about future visits. More
Sevice is just OK Went in for 3 issues. 2, oil change and auto window up and down were resolved. The third, an issue with the radio system, was not. I have had an issue with the radio system in my truck since I bought it. At first I thought it was Sirius XM, but no other vehicle I own has this problem. They replaced the unit, and the problem is even worse. When I spoke with the tech, I was told that she has the same issue. They checked and didn't find anything wrong. I asked if they could again, replace the unit, since the vehicle is still under warranty. She was supposed to ask her manager and get with me the next business day. To date, I have not heard anything. More

Military Couple with No Help from Dealership. My husband and I are military here for some training and had a leak in my transmission. We needed it to be done by the time we had to leave out of state but instead the service member Eddie kept giving my husband and I false hope. We were car less for 5 days until we just couldnt wait any longer and picked it up. Each time we went in there asked to speak with the Service Manager but the Associate stated we couldn't speak with him. No one was helpful and because we were on military orders would've thought this dealership would be military friendly. San Angelo Dodge is NOT Military friendly!!! Will never go here again or recommend this dealership! Would give 0 stars if I could! More
