I needed a oil change. When I walked in there was no one there to ask me what I needed. He eventually showed up. He took my name and my Jeep when back immediately. Then after they changed the oil they broug there to ask me what I needed. He eventually showed up. He took my name and my Jeep when back immediately. Then after they changed the oil they brought it back and it sat outside...again the guy was not there to ask what the delay was since the service had been completely. Finally someone came and parked it at that point I went looking for someone to check me out. The guy was back with a subway sandwich and was eating his lunch at the checkout desk. I paid then went to where they had parked it but no keys so I had to go back. Did I mention he was talking out loud about the sandwich he was going to get. I believe if I had not interrupted him he would have eaten his lunch before checking me out. He was unprofessional I was not happy when I left. More
