Service I never got a call about the progress with my car. By time I called to checkup on it they were closing. Install fender flares/oil change My appt was scheduled for Thursday, 1 Nov so I dropped the truck off the day prior at noon with service to get the oil change prior to the Thursday ap My appt was scheduled for Thursday, 1 Nov so I dropped the truck off the day prior at noon with service to get the oil change prior to the Thursday appt. Thursday afternoon after calling twice and not getting a call back, I was told they didn't get to my truck. I did not set this appointment, the dealership did. I was offered a rental but refused because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. I asked for my truck to be completed Friday and requested that Josh in service call me when done. The next day I waited until 3:30 and called because I still hadn't been called. Josh didn't know the answer and told me he would call right back. 40 minutes later I received a voicemail that the flares were installed and the truck was just now going in for the oil change. At 415, I got a call it was done. This was substandard service. More
