I noticed it had a recall and brought it to the dealership in San Angelo. The gentleman that helped me was the most courteous and was able to fit me in quickly for a recall! We have only been back in the U.S. for a few weeks due to military service, and it is so refreshing to know kindness and pure customer service still exists. Definitely a return visit will be in our future for service on our Dodge vehicles! More

Fast service and polite. I usually come early in the morning to avoid the wait. I have now come twice around 2:00 PM and the wait was no longer than an hour or so. The I usually come early in the morning to avoid the wait. I have now come twice around 2:00 PM and the wait was no longer than an hour or so. The people are friendly and anxious to serve. I am always pleasantly surprised at the improvement in the service department over the last couple of years. They exhibit a genuine concern for the overall experience of the customer. I have dealt with this department on a couple of occasions besides oil changes and have dealt with Josh, Dallas, and one other guy (I can't recall his name, sorry); and they all do a great job. These people are your best advertisement. The people that actually do the work are excellent as well, but I usually don't get to meet them. Keep up the good work. Paul More

No communication I came Monday 1-21-19 in the morning and talked to Dallas about making an appointment to get the oil changed in my car. He told me to just bring it in I came Monday 1-21-19 in the morning and talked to Dallas about making an appointment to get the oil changed in my car. He told me to just bring it in whenever and they’d have me in and out fast. I have to be to work at 9:30am everyday and I have to have my car for work so leaving my car isn’t an option. So I came in for an oil change on Tuesday 1-22-19 @ 7:15am. Josh greeted me when I pulled up. I was the 1st one there. When Josh was checking me in, he mentioned to me that I have the lifetime oil changes on my car. I told him that he was correct and grabbed my stuff and went and sat in the waiting room. Around 8:45am, Dallas came into the waiting room and showed me the air filters for my car. We discussed that I didn’t want them changed at this time. 8:45!!! By this time I’m getting ansy because it has taken 1 1/2 hours after I got there for any communication whatsoever. I get up and go walk around the lot for a few. Around 9am I come back in the service department and see a mechanic talking to Dallas. Dallas sees me and says that they are working on a recall on my car. WHAT??? What recall?? Josh sees that I’m upset and asks if Dallas talked to me about the recall and I told him no he only talked to me about the air filters. I walked over to Dallas and proceed to tell him that I have to be to work in 15 mins and that the recall is going to have to wait. He got huffy with me and runs to the back. He comes back and does computers stuff. He tells me the oil change is going to cost $20 something dollars and I was like what??? I told him I have lifetime oil changes on me car. He then tells me “why didn’t you say anything?” 1st of all, Josh checked me in and HE KNEW I had lifetime oil changes and 2nd, why can’t he look or the mechanic look in the computer before they start the work?? So Dallas does some more computer work, goes over to the parts counter and comes back to me and then tells me that because I didn’t tell him that I had lifetime oil changes, they didn’t put the “lifetime oil filter” on my car so I would have to pay for the oil filter that was put on. It was $7 something. Umm NO! Again, not my fault!!! I pay for the lifetime oil changes every month! He said, ok whatever, I’ll take care of it. He FINALLY got the paper work done and I signed for my oil change. I was there for OVER 2 hours!!! For an oil change! That’s ridiculous. Every time I come in there is always something. I will NOT deal with Dallas again. And I was late for work! Question about the oil filter.... what’s the difference with the “lifetime” and the one I have to pay for?? Do I get a cheaper one with the lifetime package?? Is it of lesser quality? Amy Holm More
A simple task of refilling tires with Nitrogen. I took my Challenger to the dealership to have Nitrogen topped off in my tires. First, it took more than 1.5 hours to get this simple task done. Thi I took my Challenger to the dealership to have Nitrogen topped off in my tires. First, it took more than 1.5 hours to get this simple task done. This task should have taken less than 10 minutes. When I finally got my car back, all four tires had different pounds of nitrogen. The car is supposed to have 32 pounds of pressure as per the manufacturers recommendation. The right rear tire had 34 pounds, the right front had 35 pounds, and the left front and rear had 36 pounds. At this point, I told the maintenance people to fix the problem. I was frustrated after waiting more than 1.5 hours to have this simple task done. So, the car went back into the maintenance area and when it returned to me, the PSI was 37 pounds all the way around. The car is supposed to have only 32 pounds. I, again, brought this to the attention of some kid who really didn’t give a xxxx. He made some lame excuse that the tires should have more poundage. I don’t agree. This person and those who agree with him are placing people’s lives at stake. I like to be fair about these surveys. I want to be fair to the dealership. However, at some point I have to tell the truth. I’m an honest person. So, there goes my ability to get things done with the dealership? Am I know black listed? I’m removing the nitrogen from my tires and replacing them with air. I’m not going through this nonsense again. Sure, everybody is friendly, but they just can’t get the job done. More

Unacceptable Service I am from out of town, and was told I could expect one hour wait time for recall repairs. I had a confirmed 9AM appointment for recalls on my pickup e I am from out of town, and was told I could expect one hour wait time for recall repairs. I had a confirmed 9AM appointment for recalls on my pickup estimated to take an hour. I arrived at 8:45, and a ticket created at 9:02. Around noon, I inquired about the status. After searching for paperwork, I was told it would be approximately 30 minutes longer. At 12:53 PM, my pickup was ready. For a confirmed appointment to wait for 2 recall repairs requiring .3 hours each, I spent 4 hours in your very uncomfortable waiting room forced to endure women's talk shows. No multi point inspection was done. Your service (4 hours for 2 recall services at .3 hours each) or lack thereof is totally unacceptable! I have noted on the work order which I did not see when checking in, that it was promised at 18:00, although told it would be about an hour. Why would anyone be expected to wait for 9 hours in your very uncomfortable waiting room for a half hour recall repair? David Ingham Sotol Ridge Ranch More
